FX Properties is owned and operated by partners J.D. Waterman and Steven Muller. We are local to the Hickory and Charlotte-area markets and are available to work directly to provide direct access for our tenants.  Because we are residents of the Lake Norman vicinity we know firsthand what an incredible area it is to reside in.
